My Story
I am from Fairfield CT but have found myself in Buffalo for the past 3 years! I knew from a young age all I wanted to do was teach. I had amazing and inspiring teachers growing up and I wanted to be just like them. I have been teaching for 3 years and have found such a passion for it.
What Brings Me Joy
Outside of teaching, my family brings me the most joy. My family and I have experienced a lot of hardships together, but it made us grow closer. Being in Buffalo makes it hard but anytime I visit home it is like I never left.
I have found a love for music; it is a great way to escape from reality for just a little bit. My favorite thing to do is turn on my speaker and play my favorite music while I clean or cook!
What I'm Good At
I am good at creating a safe place for students to learn and be happy in. I find myself being good at getting to know my students academically and socially. I also believe I am good at being creative. I like to find different ways to express what I am trying to teach in the classroom and even out of the classroom!
What the World Needs
The world needs more kindness, love, & acceptance. Once we can find a stability in all of these aspects then this world can thrive. Together, love, kindness, and acceptance create a foundation where people support each other and work together towards common goals.
